Exciting news from onewaterfront www.onewaterfront.co.za , the restaurant at Cape Grace!

Just in time for Spring - the culinary team have put together an innovative menu of light & local creations. Using the best produce the Cape has to offer, the emphasis on this new menu is quick and light - perfect for those corporate lunches or easy-going dates with friends.

The Cape Grace Fish and Chips is a succulent portion of deep fried Kingklip served with rustic potato chips, homemade tomato coulis and tartare sauce. The Oxtail Potjie is a Cape Malay oxtail curry served with Basmati rice, mango atchar, coriander and tomato sambals with poppadoms. The Smoked Springbok and Gorgonzola Salad consists of fresh rocket leaves, caramelized pear, walnuts and balsamic dressing. Lastly, one of Chef’s favourites is The Karoo Lamb Burger – tasty lamb on a sesame roll with blatjang glaze, gruyére cheese, fresh tomato, chouriço chakalaka and ‘lekker skyfies’.

Cape Grace Wine Sommelier, Chris Weston has included a selection of five white and five red wines to accompany this menu, available by the glass.

With ample, easy access, complimentary parking, having lunch at onewaterfront is a breeze. To make a booking call 021 410 7080 or e-mail onewaterfront@capegrace.com. Back to top <#top>

During September Cape Grace reveals a new selection of tasty in-room mini-deli delights.

Our innovative deli box now contains a thoughtfully prepared array of local snacks such as triple chocolate, cranberry & white chocolate cookies, savoury cheese biscuits, nougat and fudge. A choice of dried fruit, health bars and shortbread have also been included.

All new treats have been sourced locally and provide guests with ideal snack times that include something for that day trip, late night nibble or evening drink from the in-room mini-bar selection.
