South Africa, Riebeek Valley, February 2007; The annual Riebeek Valley Olive Festival will take place on 5 and 6 May 2007. It is the largest of its kind in Southern Africa.
The quaint sister towns of Riebeek Kasteel and Riebeek West which are only 5 kilometers apart will play host to a variety of activities over the diarised weekend. Noted as a highlight on the annual South African culinary calendar, the festival will offer a variety of restaurant choices and interesting market food stalls. Accommodation varying from the luxurious to the charming bed & breakfast and self-catering is also on offer.
